Breakfast or No Breakfast
Make breakfast not only the most important meal of the day, but your most colorful. By including the rainbow in your bowl, you can spend the rest of your remaining hours deciding if you’re going to have pizza or french fries for dinner. And that is essential decision making that’s worth having.

Early bird gets the worm, or maybe, gets first dibs on a clean, quiet and stress-free kitchen
Start light, save the “breakfast” burritos for the end of the day’s dinner
Fruit works best on empty stomachs, they don’t cooperate in our system well when they have to share the limelight with others
Follow up with some water, tea, or anything hydrating that is as clear as you want your head to be
Be present and enjoy, because after all, how we spend or appreciate our morning sets the tone for the rest of the day
